Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has an immediate need for the administration of the Delphi employees pension plan. The PBGC assumed trusteeship of the former Delphi Pension Plans that were managed by Fidelity Employer Services Company. The PBGC intends to make a sole-source award to Fidelity Employer Services Company, LLC. Fidelity will provide the PBGC with plan administration management services for the former Delphi pension plans. Combining institutional plan administration experience, Fidelity has the required institutional knowledge to support these required services without unacceptable interruption of service. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service via email to Trott.Debra@pbgc.gov no later than 11:00 AM December 8, 2009, which may be considered by the agency for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a solicitation but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued.
