Description

RECOVERYThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for fencing supplies to be delivered to Mojave National Preserve, 56850 Cal Trans Avenue, Baker, CA 92309. See the attachment for supply listing in Q8380100034. Supplies will be used to construct closure fencing at the Vulcan Mine, fencing will be constructed under a seperate contract with the California Conservation Corps. Contractors are required to provide quantities of domestic and foreign materials by item per provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The NAICS code for this procurement is 423390, the small business size standard is 100 employees. The goverment estimate for these supplies is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is being solicited and awarded under the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is reserved for small businesses. Quotes from large business will accepted if no valid quotes from small businesses are received. The solicitation with supplies listing is available at http://www.fbo.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov as of December 8, 2009. Quotes will be accepted until 4:30pm PST on January 7, 2010. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed or issued, packages must be dowloaded from http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
