- NSN: 1 of 2 2910-01-276-1484 Item Name: Pump, Fuel, Electrical UI : Each QFD:311 Cage & PN (72850) 40128E NSN: 2 of 2 2910-01-378-6025 Item Name: Pump, Fuel, Electrical UI: Each QFD:434 Cage: (72850) 40193 IAW (30554) 88-20192 This indefinite quantity contract (IQC) solicitation is for the procurement of code and part numbered items supplied by various manufacturers. The solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. The solicitation will allow offerors to provide a separate unit price for the base year and each option year. Offerors are given the opportunity to submit pricing based on quantity break ranges. This project is for the purchase of various code and part numbered items. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for the item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the various zones within conus. FOB destination and inspection at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.fsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of o/a 12/23/09. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, surege aand sustainment, socioeconomic, and JWOD. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreeements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.
