Description

This is the annual Bulk Fuel procurement for the Rocky Mountain/West Coast region. The ordering period is the date of award through September 30, 2011. The delivery period is October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 plus a 30 day carry-over period. The method of delivery will be by tanker, barge, truck, railcar, and/or pipeline.
