- The Government seeks to lease Office Space in Syracuse, NY consisting of approximately 2,820 rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable must yield a minimum of 2,388 to a maximum of 2,508 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for 10 years and 5 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after the 5 th year on ninety (90) days written notice to the Lessor. The space must be available for occupancy by September 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The delineated area is: Syracuse, NY as described by the area below: North: Interstate 690 East: Interstate 81 South: Adams Street West: Onandaga Creek Other applicable requirements include: Parking - 5 spaces; preference will be given to secured, covered, and on-site parking; 24/7 access to both the offered space and to parking Offered space shall not be located on ground or top floors of any building. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes and amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •· Date of space availability. •· Method of rental space measurement. •· Building ownership information. •· Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether the expected rental rate includes the cost of required Government parking (if any). •· Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. •· List of building services provided. •· Please reference Project Number 9NY2372. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
