- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation has two obsolete office trailers located at Bradbury Dam in Santa Barbara County. Both trailers are in a condition that makes them unable to be towed from the property. Both trailers must be removed from the site to an approved disposal facility along with previously removed electrical power poles. The Scope of Work shall provide the framework for which any necessay demolition, removal, reclycle and disposal of the trailer structures, exterior support members, debris, electrical power poles, and any other materials or furnishings associated with this project. This Scope of Work shall also provide for the restoration of the project site by removal of all accumulated trash and debris around the trailer sites. Upon completion of the project the site will be left in a clean condition. The applicable North American Industry Classificaiton System (NAICS) Code is 235940 and the related small business size standard is $7.0 Million. This solicitation is set aside for small business only. Solicitation R10PS29002 will be posed to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about December 10, 2009. The date of receipt will be approximately December 28, 2009. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website, no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration Site (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov and it is suggested that all contractors register at the ORCA data base site at http://orca.bpn.gov/ which is the Online Representations and Cerfications Application that replaces most of the paper based Representation and Certifications (Reps and Certs) in Section K of solicitations with an internet application.
