Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Energy Business Center (NEBC), 4141 Rockside Road, Seven Hills, Ohio, 44131 anticipates soliciting offers and subsequently awarding an task order for a feasibility study of possible expansion of the existing direct geothermal system, Environmental Assessment, Schematic Design and Statement of Work Support at the Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and travel necessary to perform this contract. The solicitation will be issued thru GSA e-buy and will be conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in FAR Part 8. The solicitation will be issued on or about Tuesday December 8, 2009. Offers will be due approximately two (2) weeks after the issue date. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price task order, and the completion of this project shall not exceed 180 days from Notice to Proceed.
