- RFQ DRY GOODS VARIOUS COVER LETTER The Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury Ct., intends to issue a solicitation for the Quarterly Requirements of Subsistance (miscellaneous dry goods). This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. Delivery dates will begin January 2010 (all items are a one time shipment). Deliveries will be made to FCI Danbury, 33 1/2 Pembroke Road, Danbury, CT 06811. The proposed contaract type is a Firm Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitaion, that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quote.
