NSN 1660-01-494-4524, PR number 0021814089, Parts Kit, Air Flow, used on the C-130 Hercules and A-10 Thunderbolt Aircraft. Solicitation is for 5 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 200 days After Receipt of Order. Approved source is Carleton Tech., CAGE 04577, P/N B44398-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is December 23, 2009 with a closing date of January 25, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
