Solicitation Number: W91247-10-R-0003 Notice Type: Sources Sought Added: 9 December 2009 Sources Sought for Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC). CLASS CODE Z MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR ALTERATION OF REAL PROPERTY SUPPORT SERVICES FOR DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC WORKS, FORT STEWART AND HUNTER ARMY AIRFIELD, GEORGIA. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, is conducting market research to determine the existence of 8 (a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB sources capable of performing as a prime contractor in providing maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The purpose of this Job Order Contract (JOC) is to provide construction services for a broad range of military sustainment, renovation, modernization, and construction projects. This requirement requires the contractor to provide all materials, supplies, job site supervision, labor, and construction equipment. Job Orders will encompass tasks in a variety of construction and trade areas such as general carpentry, general plumbing, HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, general electrical systems, utility distribution systems, concrete construction, road paving systems, storm water systems, painting, roofing, demolition, and steel construction. MICC Center - Fort Bragg anticipates award of a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) JOC for a basic ordering period of one (1) year and four 1-year optional ordering periods. The Government anticipates the JOC to have a $100,000,000 program ceiling over the life of the contract, and a guaranteed minimum of $1,500,000 for the base ordering period and each optional ordering periods. Job Orders will be fixed price with a targeted award range of $2,000 to $750,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $33.5M. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS. This is a request for interested business concerns to submit a brief capability statement that demonstrates a history in performing relevant construction and real property maintenance and repair experience, where the primary focus is on IDIQ type contracts with simultaneous performance of multiple projects at differing locations similar to the job order value that will be executed under this contract. Capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail); 2) DUNS number, CAGE code, size classification, and dollar amount of the companys annual receipts; 3) Small Business Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) and 4) A description of capabilities and similar services/experiences offered to local, state, and federal Government and commercial customers to perform the requirements identified in this Sources Sought.
