Description

RECOVERY-PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: Atlantic Marine Construction Company, Inc. (DUNS 602900052). Contract W912HN-07-D-0025 Task Order 0028. This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement ; Grouting cracks in the downstream face of penstock number 2 at Richard B. Russell Dam. It is the intent of the Government to award a modification to a Task Order on an existing Single Award Task Order Contract. The modification is a firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220. PROJECT INFORMATION: Provide all labor, equipment, and materials for grouting cracks and sealing leaks around penstock no. 2 on the down stream face. Both the upper and lower halves of the penstock circumference shall be grouted.
