- Furnish ALL Labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to provide Grounds Maintenance services in accordance with the requirements specified in the Statement of Work, Miami District Offices, Miami FL. The FAA anticipates to award the contract for a base period of six (6) months with four (4) (one-year) options. Issue date for solicitation: December 9th, 2009.Due date for offers: December 29th, 2009, 5:00 pm. Estimated start date for performance: January 1, 2010. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for certified 8 (a) businesses with in a 50 mile radius of Miami, FL. Only one site visit will be held. The site visit is scheduled for December 17th, 2009, 8:00 am (EST), beginning at the Miami Air Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), 7500 Northwest 58th Street, Miami, FL 33166. Site visit will include traveling to all facilities located in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Prospective vendors must contact Mr. Miguel Iglesias by email only Miguel.Iglesias@faa.gov, to be placed on the attendance list. Please submit your company name and individuals planning to attend no later than December 15th, 2009. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 561730, Landscaping Services. Estimated Total contract value range $250,000 - $375,000 (including option years) Offers are due on Tuesday, December 29th, 2009 by 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). Emailed offers will be accepted.
