Description

RECOVERY - IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN 8(a) SOLE SOURCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO DQSI CORPORATION, 19218 NORTH 5TH STREET, COVINGTON, LA 70433. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: Project shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary for the demolition and replacement of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system with a variable air volume (VAV) system at the 8TH AF ANNEX - Bldg 5576. Perform work in accordance with this Statement of Work, AE drawings and AE specifications. Contractor shall provide all necessary electrical, piping, valves, ductwork, insulation, controls, diffusers, grilles, fittings, dampers, equipment, etc. as required to install and support a fully functional VAV HVAC system.
