Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), intends to issue a firm fixed-price delivery order on a sole source basis in accordance with Far 6.302-1(A)(2)(II)(A)(B) to Motorola, 7031 Columbia Gateway Drive, 3rd Floor, Columbia, MD 21046-2289, for the Nationwide installation and removal and programming of radio equipment to include mobile radios, base stations, repeaters and related peripheral equipment. The Delivery order will be issued on or about January 2010. The estimated cost is $550,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 334220. This announcement constitutes only a solicitation; quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a sole source Notice of Intent under TIRNO-09-NIRRE. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
