THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. 1) This will be an Unrestricted RFP. 2) Purchase Requisition Number 0023441998 3) NSN: 5865-01-032-1229, ITEM DESCRIPTION: Network, Microwave Automatic Level Control 4) This is a SOLE-SOURCED, SOURCE-CONTROLLED, and EXPORT CONTROLLED item – SENSOR AND ANTENNA SYSTEMS (CAGE 93346), PART NUMBER 4255605-505 with a classified drawing requirement. 5) The classified drawing number will be published with the RFP. The classified drawing number is NOT classified. 6) End Item Application: AN/ALQ-135(V) Countermeasure Set, F-15 Eagle Aircraft 7) Unit of Issue: Each 8) Subcontracting Plan: Not Required 9) Cost and Price Data will be requested. 10) FOB Destination: I/A Origin 12) The RFP is expected to result in a firm-fixed purchase of 37 Networks. 13) Requested delivery is 365 days ARO. 14) There are no Surge Requirements. 15) The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 16) The RFP will be available for download after the issue date and before the closing date from the website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. 17) RFP Issue Date is projected at 30 Dec 09 with a closing date of 30 Jan 10.
