General Contractor Rules Statement of Objectives Instructions to Offerors Provisions/Clauses SF1449 The solicitation and its attachments are now uploaded. There will be a MANDATORY SITE VISIT prior to submission of proposal. The Contractor shall contact Kim Spangler, Contract Specialist, by email at Kimberly.Spangler@usss.dhs.gov no later than 1200 hours, December 15, 2009 to coordinate personnel access for the visit. If you do not receive a response your email was not received. Date of Visit: 22 December 2009 Time: 0900 hours Location: 9200 Powder Mill Road Laurel MD 20708 The deadline for questions is December 23, 2009, 1200 hours EST. If you do not receive a response your email was not received. All proposal documents shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to Kimberly Spangler at Kimberly.spangler@usss.dhs.gov by no later than 31 December 2009, 1200 hours EST. If you do not receive a response your email was not received. Hard copy proposals will not be accepted.
