Description

This acquisition is for the repair and refurbishment of Marine Loading Arms, Style B0030, located at the Manchester Fuel Depot. Long haul transport is not anticipated, however possible transport to work areas nearby may be required to complete this effort. The intent of this action is to have the upper portion of the marine loading arms removed, disassembled, inspected, repaired and re-installed at the Manchester location. (X) 1. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with North Wind Fabrication, Inc per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. (X) 10. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Electronic submission of quotes is available through the NECO website.
