BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CATERPILLAR ET3500 OR EQUIVALENT, QUANTITY 8, ALSO REMAINS. APPROXIMATE ISSUE DATE OF SOLICITATION IS NOW 21 DECEMBER 2009.****** North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333924, FSC 3930. Brand Name or Equal: Caterpillar ET3500, 3,500 lb electric sitdown forklift, Quantity (8). Brand Name or Equal: Caterpillar IT14G 4-wheel drive articulating rough terrain forklift with (2) carriers, Quantity (2)****. FOB Destination, Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, Kentucky. Electronic bid submission will ONLY be accepted in response to this solicitation IF and ONLY IF the completed solicitation is included as an attachment in its ENTIRETY. Otherwise, all proposals must be faxed or mailed in by the specified date and time. This statement supersedes any other guidance regarding electronic bid submission. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and is unrestricted. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
