This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) RFQ Solicitation Number: 5TC57090136B (iii) Clause and Provision in Effect through Federal Acquisition Circular: 2005-36 Effective 11 August 2009. (iv) Set-Aside: N/A NAICS CODE: 334119 - Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing (v) Line Item(s): CLIN 0001 Portable Printers (Zebra) PT 4, part # 123-100251, qty 80, CLIN 0002 Portable Printers (Zebra) PT 4 Ribbons (4.33 Ribbons), part # 05555BK110D, qty 3600 rolls (360 cases/10 rolls per case), CLIN 0003 Media for Portable Printers (Zebra) PT 4000 4 x 4 polypro labels, part # 1001109, qty 1800 rolls (50 cases/36 rolls per case), CLIN 0004 Media for Portable Printers (Zebra) PT 4000 4 x 1.25 polypro labels, part # 1001118, qty 5400 rolls (150 cases/36 rolls per case), (vi) Description of Requirements: Under this Contract the Contractor shall provide the following items listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The items shall be delivered within 30 days from date of award using a fixed price contract.
