Description

Sources Sought National Security Technologies is seeking Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) sources capable of providing local commercial communications services for the Remote Sensing Laboratory - Andrews Operations (RSL-AO) located within Andrews AFB, Washington DC. Current services include approximately 2 PRI, 22 BRI, 6 1B lines and 350 DID numbers. This notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a formal solicitation. The purpose of this request for information is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources. Interested parties shall submit: •1. 1. A sample process for the managing of trouble calls, new service orders and billing arrangements and •2. 2. Demonstrate that the company has the resources and •3. 3. Demonstrate relevant experience of providing similar services. Please limit your response to no more than 6 pages and submit to matthejl@nv.doe.gov no later than December 24, 2009.
