Description

This solicitation is for fixed price highway transportation service to be provided as per the enclosed Statement of Work. For evaluation purposes, line 6 (fuel) on Form 7468A must include the number of gallons ONLY; The cost per gallon and total cost should be set to zero ($0.00) (See the Fuel Management Program document). Fuel gallons will be considered when doing our analysis. Every document in Proposal Submission Package must be completed and returned.
