- Unicorn Software Maintenance The 15th Contracting Squadron intends to award a Sole Source contract to SirsiDynix for Unicorn Software Maintenance. The period of performance will be for twelve months and begin December 31,2009. Interested sources that have the capability to offer this service may contact me at (808) 448-2944 or via email at jean.williams@hickam.af.mil. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. HST on December 18, 2009. The Government will consider all responses but a determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
