Description
GSA Pacific Rim Region (GSA) requires furnishing and installation: Federal Building, 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 1. Replace 22 3.5 gpf tank toilets with auto-dual-flush 1.6/1.1 gpf toilets. Reconfigure plumbing lines as necessary (but assume toilets to remain in same location). 2. Replace 45 1.6 gpf conventional toilets with auto-dual-flush 1.6/1.1 gpf toilets (assume toilets remain in same locations)(women's restrooms only). 3. Replace 20 1-gpf, and 1 2-gpf, (21 total), urinals with high efficiency 0.125 gpf auto-flush urinals. 4. Retrofit 2 shower heads with new low flow 1.5 gpm shower heads. Matsui USCH, 501 I Street, Sacramento, CA 1. Replace 165 1.6 gpf conventional toilets with auto-dual-flush 1.6/1.1 gpf toilets (assume toilets remain in same locations)(women's restrooms only). 2. Replace 63 1-gpf urinals with high efficiency 0.125 (pint) gpf auto-flush urinals. 3. Retrofit 226 existing 2.5 gpm faucets with 0.5 gpm aerators. Quantities are subject to unit price adjustments. These are retrofits in existing occupied space, and require demolition and disposal of existing fixtures and minimizing impact on occupants. All work is subject to employees obtaining HSPD-12 background clearances. Access to the building is subject to building security and access policies. Loading dock use is restricted, and there is no employee parking. There is limited storage space available. Award will be on the basis of a best-value source selection considering price and non-price factors. This solicitation is being issued for unrestricted competition under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program for NAICS 238220. Any responsible source may submit a proposal. SITE VISIT A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 11AM PST, at the TBA, Sacramento, CA Last day to submit questions: Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 12:00PM PST.
