- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to negotiate and award a contract with a base and four one year options, on a non-competitive basis to Revised Cibola Valley Irrigation & Drainage District, Cibola, AZ. Reclamation has a requirement to irrigate approximately 150,000 trees that have been planted in the Cibola Valley Conservation Area. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Revised Cibola Irrigation & Drainage District is the only agency authorized to supply and regulate the water utilized for irrigation in the area. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221310, and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is December 31, 2009.
