- The Mission Installation Contracting Command has a requirement for a pre-production, production, and event production service for the 2010 Spirit of America performances. This requirement is being set aside as an unrestricted service procurement. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is R499 and the NAICS Code is 512191.
