- This commercial item solicitation is a total small business set-aside to procure the planting and tubing of trees in the Tillamook Resource Area of the Salem, Oregon BLM District. Work is located in four general planting locations in or near the city and town of Scappoose and North Plains. Project area boundaries are indicated on Area Maps, and access to most of the work areas is by all-weather and seasonal roads, though some exceptions may apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The solicitation will be available on or around December 15, 2009, and all interested vendors must respond by January 20, 2010.
