- Statement of Work The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with BOTTCHER AMERICA, INC for fiscal year 2010 for all needed items supplied by this company for the use of the Offset and Intaglio Printing Divisions. BOTTCHER AMERICA will recover Offset rollers supplied by the Offset and Intaglio Print Divisions. BOTTCHER AMERICA will also supply needed items and/or parts/chemicals relating to the same. No single call shall exceed eight thousand five hundred dollars ($8,500.00). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase orders shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. This procurement is for propriety materials created exclusively for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
