Q - Does the rolling roof need to span the entire distance of the top, or will the opening simply nee to be large enough for someone to enter safely for cleanout and such? We have the option of a low-profile prefabricated, retractable covers that we can use. These particular covers can only cover approximately 60" wide x 72" per cover. A - Yes the rolling roof needs to extend over the entire top. In the summer it is too hot to have anyone inside a closed bin to clean it. In the winter the water freezes and it would be impossible to clean if closed. 2. Q - Do you want us to engineer the sludge bins? to include the hookup and drain process? A - No, engineering is not necessary. We have most of the parts and we have a certified welder on staff who has modified the one we have for our exact needs. 3. Q - Do you have a current diagram/specs. or blue print? A - No I do not have blue prints, but we do have pictures (attached) if that would help. be advised that the pictures are of the bin we have modified and sprayed with the insulation required. 4. Q - Material preference? A - Material of the bins is steel.
