- Description: Colombia PC&S, Jet Fuel, Aviation (JA1), NSN: 9130-00-753-5026, Estimated Quantity: 295,000 USG. Gasoline, REG (MUR), NSN: 9130-00-148-7103, Estimated Quantity: 129,000 USG. Fuel Oil Diesel (HS2), NS: 9140-01-398-1395, Estimated Quantity: 283,000 USG. This is an acquisition for commercial petroleum fuel product for an estimated 707,000 USG Jet Fuel Aviation (JA1), 295,000 USG, Regular Unleaded Fuel (MUR) 129,000, and Diesel Fuel (DF2) 283,000 to provide on-going support for various DoD sites throughout Colombia. It is DESC’s intent to successfully award all JA1, DF2 and MUM requirements offered under this amendment to the solicitation. This is an unrestricted procurement with full and open competition. This amendment will award air items only for a period of eighteen (18) months. Contracts resulting from this amendment will be requirements type, fixed price with economic price adjustment. The contract period for all resulting new or additions to current contracts in place will be Date of Award through 31 July 2011. DESC anticipates conducting discussions with offerors submitting proposals under subject solicitation, but reserve the right to make contract award(s) based on initial offers submitted.
