- Reclamation has a requirement for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period of January 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010: "Provide the Eastern Colorado Area Office, Flatiron Facility with bulk fuel (gasoline and diesel) on an on-call basis." Reclamation will not issue a Request for Quotation. The purpose of this announcement is to seek interested sources. If you would like to be considered for a BPA please send pricing and/or your company's contact information for items listed in the preceding paragraph. This award will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 425120 and a size standard of 100 Employees. The suspense date/time to respond to this announcement is Friday, December 18, 2009 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and the Online Representations and Certifications Application to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov and www.orca.bpn.gov respectively. You will need your Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit pricing which, if received timely, shall be considered. Pricing may be submitted electronically.
