- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leavenworth, intends to issue a solicitation for Brigade Executive Education Program Part 1: Personal Assessment located at Ft. Leavenworth KS. The overall scope of this procurement will include the following: The contractor shall conduct a pilot program of three iterations of Part 1, the Leader Competency and Assessment Seminar, to include a personal assessment, feedback and counseling, and coach up to 15 students per iteration in the development of a personal improvement plan. Once the program has been assessed, adjusted based on pilot outcomes, and approved, the seminar will be conducted 12 times per year with an annual student load of 210 students. Beginning FY 2012, the student population will increase to 305 a year. The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on or about December 29, 2009 through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. A single award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated and award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Governments requirement. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for contract award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a three month base period of performance with four option periods. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns only; under NAICS Code 611430 and who meet the small business size standard of $7 Million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available at the Government wide Point of Entry at http://www.fbo.gov/ and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Requests for printed copies of the solicitation will not be accepted.
