- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price contract for the repair of RBM I & RBM II to the OEM, SeChan Electronics, Inc., 525 Furnance Hills Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. This proposed repair acquisition will include the following: 115 each, RBM I & RBM II, NSN: 6140ND022503J, 6140ND024241J, 6140ND022504J, P/N: 5670-TASS-1008. Required Delivery: 30 days after receipt of assets. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by Dec. 2009. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it mayidentify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Note 22.
