- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): CTI and Associates, Inc., W912P909D0551, and Geotechnical Drilling Services This exploration program requires the Contractor to drill machine borings at 13 locations immediately landside of the St. Louis Flood Protection District in Reach 3 and 20 locations immediately landside of the St. Louis Flood Protection District in Reach 4. These borings shall be completed using rotary drilling methods obtaining standard split-spoon samples. This scope requires soil testing at the Contractors facilities and disposal of same. No soil samples shall be delivered to the Corps of Engineers soils testing laboratory.
