- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): CTI and Associates, Inc., W912P909D0551, and Geotechnical Drilling Services Contract Award Amount equals $231,132.06 Recovery Funds, and $124,455.72 Non-Recovery Funds. This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. This exploration program requires the Contractor to drill machine borings at 13 locations immediately landside of the St. Louis Flood Protection District in Reach 3 and 20 locations immediately landside of the St. Louis Flood Protection District in Reach 4. These borings shall be completed using rotary drilling methods obtaining standard split-spoon samples. This scope requires soil testing at the Contractors facilities and disposal of same. No soil samples shall be delivered to the Corps of Engineers soils testing laboratory.
