- RECOVERY--The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northern Plains Area, has a requirement for the Replacement of laboratory facilities' Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and components at the Roman L. Hruska U.S. Meat Animal Research Center USMARC), State Spur 18D, Clay Center, Nebraska, 68933. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, supplies and supervision to perform this work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 with a size standard of $14 million. This is 100% total set-aside for competition among Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). This project is funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act. Magnitude of the project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The solicitation, AG-82HW-S-10-0002, with specifications and drawings will be available on the FedBizOpps web site on/about 1/5/2010. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications or drawings will be available.
