Description

Solicitation document providing contractual requirements for this project. Attachments 3-10 as identified in Section J of the Solicitation document. This project is to renovate 37 rooms within Building 469 at NCI-Frederick consisting of approximately 5400 sf. The contractor shall renovate rooms 101-135 on the first floor and rooms 200 and 201 on the second floor. General contractor's scope of work is briefly described in Solicitation Section C.1.A. The complete specification package and bid set drawings are available by following the directions on page 1 of the Solicitation. A site visit will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2009, at 9:00 AM, in Building 350, Conference Room 'A', at Ft. Detrick, in Frederick, Maryland. Directions are available upon request by contacting the Secondary Point of Contact listed. A second site visit is scheduled for subcontractors to walk the site on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 1:00 PM; meeting place will also be at Building 350, Conference Room 'A', at Ft. Detrick. Project substantial completion must be completed within 155 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
