- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina has a need for Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine, Board certified Internal Medicine physicians with at least 5 years of Emergency Medicine experience, to staff the Emergency Department (ED) at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. Services shall be required all Weekday Nights (Monday to Friday nights between 8PM and 8AM) and 24 hours coverage during weekends (From Saturday Morning 8AM to until Monday Morning 8AM), three hundred sixty five (365) days per year (366-days/leap year), Average of (16000 to 19000) patients shall be seen on a yearly basis. Services are needed from date of award through 02/01/2011 with one year renewable option period. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621111. Size standard is $10.0M. The procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 15. Solicitation packages will be available on or about December 11, 2009.
