AWD #55 OFFEROR DOCUMENTS FUEL MGMT PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS PRE AWARD PKG VEHICLE INFO HCR: 310A4, MACON P&DC, GA - YATESVILLE, GA CONTRACT TERM: 01/01/10 TO 06/30/13 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL: MACON P&DC, GA ESTIMATED ANNUAL SCHEDULE HOURS: 1,389 ESTIMATED ANNUAL SCHEDULE MILES: 28,179 VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: QTY DESCRIPTION LENGTH CUBES PAYLOAD 1 Van 20 1050 12000 The number of vehicles stated in the solicitation is an estimate of the minimum number required to perform the service. Each offeror must calculate for themselves the number of units required to maintain "ON TIME " operation. Trailers must be equipped with a load restraint system (including permanently mounted wall hardware) sufficient to minimize movement of the cargo when the vehicles are in motion and sufficient to prevent the cargo from striking the rear door. Terms & Conditions, Issue 8, effective 2/27/2008 applies. Wages Determination No. 54, effective 2/6/2009 applies. Bid "without Fuel" on Line 6. Supplier will be required to submit their estimated annual fuel gallons to perform service which will be included in the contract. After the closing date of the auction, the offer and the fuel gallon (Line 6) will be used to determine the winning bid. No adjustments to fuel gallons will be made during this contract term.
