- Provide all labor, supervision, management, materials, equipment and supplies that are identified in the solicitation and any other supplies necessary to provide custodial and related services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Georgetown Extension Clinic at 4903 State Route 125, Georgetown, Ohio 45121, which consists of an estimated 1100 square feet. Anticipated period of performance is Date of Award through 30 September 2010, which consists of 1 base year, and four (4) one (1) year renewable options, at the government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR PART 12 as a commercial item. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.
