- Description
- The VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD intends to award a contract for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to provide primary care services on an outpatient basis to veterans living in and in the surrounding area of Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Contractor shall be responsible for managing the veterans' primary medical care. Referrals for sub-specialty care and hospitalization shall be made to the VA Black Hills Health Care System. Contract will include a base plus four option years. Estimated number of veterans for the base year is 900 increasing to approximately 1200 for option year four. The solicitation package will be available approximately June 8, 2009. Receipt of offers is due by close of business, September 4, 2009. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing and addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer (Log-Con-HS), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Written requests may also be faxed to 605-745-2831 or via e-mail to joann.walker@va.gov. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered.
