- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332323. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for a Vertical Pivot Lift Gate similar to AutoGate 600 Congress to be delivered to Treasure Lake Job Corps in Indiahoma, Oklahoma Size: 24 feet long x 5 feet high. Open/close cycle: 10 - 12 seconds Delayed closing: adjustable from 0 - 60 seconds. Obstruction Sensor: adjustable, senses obstructions when opening or closing. Reversing Equipment: optional reversing/safety loop, leading reversing edge, infrared reversing beams, siren or optical operated sensors. Compatible Controls: keypad, card reader, intercom, telephone, wireless and siren or optical operated sensors.
