- Solicitation This requirement is for gauge readings on a daily basis for a total of five gauges located near the intersection of the West Atchafalaya Floodway Protection Levee and U.S. 190, approximately 6 miles east of Port Barre, Louisiana. All guages are to be read by 7:00 am each day and reported to the nearst.05 feet. Reports shall be made to the Structure Office by 7:30 am each morning.
