- The United States Army CECOM Contracting Center-Army Contracting Command, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to solicit and award a Sole Source, Five-Year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure Computer Interface Modules (CIMs) National Stock Number (NSN): 7025-01-569-9337 and associated scientific and technical reports. The CIM is used in the 30 kW MEP-805B and 60 kW MEP-806B Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG)The intended source of supply is L-3 Communications Westwood Corporation (L-3), Tulsa, Oklahoma. L-3 Communications Westwood Corporation is the only responsible source who has demonstrated the capabilities to manufacture and deliver the CIMs to the government in the required timeframe. The Government does not possess the technical data for the item above. This acquisition, solicitation number W15P7T-10-R-F001, will issued approximately 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. The NAICS Code is 333611 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Items shall be shipped FOB Destination which will be designated on individual delivery orders. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Source. The required delivery is 40 each 150 calendar days after receipt of order, then 80 each monthly until completion of order. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be evaluated by the Government.
