- Final Draft RFP Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for Comprehensive Tactical Infrastructure Maintenance and Repair (CTIMR) along the Southwest Border of the United States. Added: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][added_on]" value="2009-06-10 16:15:15">Jun 10, 2009 4:15 pm Modified: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][modified_on]" value="2009-12-11 12:47:28">Dec 11, 2009 12:47 pm Track Changes The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) Facilities Management & Engineering (FM&E), Tactical Infrastructure (TI) program has a requirement for a Comprehensive Tactical Infrastructure Maintenance and Repair (CTIMR) effort encompassing the majority of its physical fence along the southwest border. The Maintenance and Repair includes roads and bridges, grates and drainage systems, lighting and electrical systems, and vegetation control and debris removal. Attached is the Final Draft RFP. The Final Draft RFP covers CTIMR requirements for Work Areas 2 and 3. Work Area 2 represents the Yuma and Tucson Sectors (Border Patrol Sectors) and Work Area 3 represents El Paso and Marfa Sectors (Border Patrol Sectors). All interested vendors may use this Final Draft RFP to start preparing their responses for this solicitation. It is anticipated that the Final RFP will be posted no later than 28 December 2009. Any changes made to the draft RFP will be noted in a separate, supplemental document to the Final RFP with reference to the location of the change. Responses are due back no later than 3 pm (EST) on 27 January 2010. In addition, CBP anticipates releasing the Final RFP for Work Area 1, San Diego and El Centro (Border Patrol Sectors) and Work Area 4, Del Rio, Laredo and Rio Grande Valley (Border Patrol Sectors) on the following dates: •- Area 1 - 8 January 2010; Responses due 22 February 2010 at 3 pm EST •- Area 4 - 1 February 2010; Responses due 17 March 2010 at 3 pm EST There will be site visits for each Area approximately two weeks after the release of each Final RFP.
