- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R10PS30122 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, and the size standard is 500 employees. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement to furnish and deliver to Hoover Dam Warehouse twenty (20) compression load cells with all materials, leads, certifications and drawings, for use in Unit A5 & A6 thrust bearings, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and in the attached drawings. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due December 15, 2009 by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Contracting Office (LC-3110), P.O.
