- Recovery Project - THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE FOREST SERVICE EXISTING INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT AG-56A1-C-09-0007. Project Description: This project is to provide reduction of the deferred maintenance along the designated ORV trail system’s creek crossings. In addition, work will improve egress on the trail system for maintenance and emergency access needs. Work will consist of hardening the low water crossings with rock and a geotextile liner, closing of illegal accesses with rock, tread maintenance and hardening of the channel crossing locations and removal of two storm damaged timber trail bridges. Project Location: Wayne National Forest, Ironton Ranger District, Hanging Rock ORV System and Pine Creek System, Lawrence and Scioto Counties, OH. The Forest Service intends to issue a firm fixed priced task order for this work.
