- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210. The reference number for this Request for Quote (RFQ) is NEN8G49230AS01. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement for StreamBase Software, Maintenance and Training as described below. StreamBase Software is the only product that will support the form, fit and function requirements of NGA at this time. Please provide a statement with your quote indicating that you are an authorized reseller. Also provide your quote with a description of what is included with the product, maintenance and training. Brand Name Justification: StreamBase is a proprietary product of StreamBase Systems, Inc, will be utilized in support of NGA's InnoVision mission, and is critical to NGA's business operations. Only StreamBase brand software is acceptable for this requirement. Description of Requirement: 1. 350-100C-BUNDLE - StreamBase Studio Bundle: 4 core servers, 2 tier two adapters 2. 350-100C-MNT - Annual Standard Update and Support for StreamBase Studio Bundle 3. 350-2000 StreamBase On-Site Training - 2 days for up to 10 people. Note that the estimated Period of Performance for this maintenance is 18 Dec 2009 - 17 Dec 2010. All of the items referenced in this posting are proprietary products of StreamBase. Total cost shall include all applicable shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
