- Description
- The CONTRACTOR shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to complete the work outlined in the statement of work section unless specified otherwise. The work under the project includes Boiler Plant Bunker Repairs at the Batavia VA Medical Center, 222 Richmond Ave., Batavia NY 14020. This procurement is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act project and all requirements shall be meet to the awardee. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Please pay particular attention to the evaluation section of this solicitation. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 12/11/2009 at FedBizOps.gov. All questions concerning this project must be in writing and no phone calls will be excepted, please contact Jonathan Aikin, Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: jonathan.aikin@va.gov. Bids are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on 1/12/2010 at 130 Lebrun Rd. Building 3, second floor, VA Medical Center Buffalo, NY 14215. NAICS: 238110 apply. Size Standard: $14.0 million. PROJECT COST RANGE: $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting and walk through on December 12, 2009, at 1:3 p.m. local time, meeting at the Batavia VA Medical Center, Bldg #1 Lobby Area.
