- The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity in support of the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) has a requirement for telemedicine meeting and conference support. This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), 1100 Connecticut Avenue North West, Suite 540, Washington, DC 20036-4121. This support will include conference and meeting coordination, online registration, onsite logistical support, online publishing and report writing. ATA is a non profit professional organization with military and civilian members that focus on telemedicine and advanced medical technologies. ATA founded and sponsors annual and mini-conferences throughout the year focusing on Global and Domestic telemedicine technologies. TATRC is a member of this association and participates in the annual and mini-conferences to foster modernization, public education to support the Army and public health initiatives in advance medical technologies. The period of performance is for a base period of one year with four one year option periods for a maximum of five years. The North American Industrial Code is 561920 with a size standard of $7M. This requirement is unrestricted. This is not a request for a proposal. All interested parties that can provide the services required may submit their capabilities to include past performance providing similar services or venues which will be considered.
