- Installation Requirements 2 Installation Requirements 1 Sign Detail List Specs Spec List Evaluation Criteria Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation and incidental equipment (i.e. hammers, wrenches, post hole diggers, etc) necessary to install recreation signs, identified by the Forest Service, within the designated recreation areas of the Allegheny National Forest (i.e. Reflective aluminum signs, routed recycled plastic signs and painted cedar signs) The following equipment will be provided by the Forest Service: •All signs panels •All hardware (nuts, bolts, fasteners) necessary for installing signs to posts Specific sign installation locations will be provided to contractor after award of contract. Sign installations shall conform to the layout and specifications in the Forest Service Manual Supplement, Sign Installation Guide – July 2003. A hard copy will be provided to the contractor.
